Summary: (Summarize primary purpose of job function)
Organizes and directs the operations of the organization's ambulatory practices and immediate care centers to include all aspects of patient care, staff development, financial management and accreditation. Directs processes that meet or exceed cost, quality, clinical and utilization standards and performance measures. Ensures that services meet external and internal clients' needs in a changing, competitive health care market. Directs the coordination/integration of outpatient services between locations and across the continuum of care and directs the continuous improvement of all clinical practices, services and operations by design and implementation of systems, processes and methods to evaluate and improve patient care. Participates with leaders from the governing body, management, medical staff, and clinical areas in planning, promoting, and conducting organization wide performance improvement activities either directly or through delegation to other operations leaders.
Service Excellence: All team members of Cooperative Healthcare Services, Inc. will promote service excellence by developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, other team members, and the medical staff and will ensure the highest quality of care by performing their responsibilities according to the highest professional standards.

Essential Responsibilities:
1.
Plans, organizes, leads and directs all ambulatory practices and immediate care centers. Assists in the development and implementation of goals and objectives for the organization. Develops team in goal achievement.
2.
Demonstrates effectiveness in annual budget preparation.
3.
Directs the establishment of resources to assure efficient, high quality services for the customers served by Cooperative Healthcare Services, Inc.
4.
Directs the establishment of a plan to maximize the utilization of all material, financial and physical resources of off-site campuses for Cooperative Healthcare Services, Inc.
5.
Ensures conformity to federal, state and local regulatory requirements, for the successful management of each location.
6.
Evaluates facility efficiencies and develops improvement plans.
7.
Identifies and develops new services defined as appropriate for each location in conjunction with the Medical Staff.
8.
Analyze current and historical statistical trends including operating performance, special projects and strategic contract initiatives.
9.
Acts as a liaison to facilitate solutions and provide needs assessments between internal departments, external payers, medical staff and hospital Administrative team.
10.
Directs the development, implementation, and monitoring of ambulatory policies and procedures which support Cooperative Healthcare Services, Inc.'s goals and business objectives.
11.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education
BS degree in a related field and Masters(MBA) degree preferred.
Experience
5 years experience as a healthcare manager required
Licensure
None.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Excellent communication, financial and supervisory skills; ability to function well under pressure. _____Infants 1 day to 3 years _____Children 3 to 12 years _____Adolescents 12 to 15 years _____Adults of 16 to 70 years _____Elderly Adults, including frail elderly, > 70 years __X_Not applicable to job function
