Essential Responsibilities:
1. Contributes to patient data base by collecting and documenting assessment information such as height, weight, allergies, vital signs, and intake and output measurements. Prepares patient rooms (beds and equipment) for receiving patient admissions, returning surgical patients, transfers, or discharges. Assists in and accompanies patients in the admission, transfer, and discharge procedures. Always correctly identifies patient by name for any direct care procedures and treatments or diet; checks patient's name band for correct identification: assures proper name and that band is secured on patient's wrist.
2. Provides general patient care such as morning care, which may include bed bath, oral hygiene, combing hair, dressing patient, evening care, back rubs, changing bed linen, cleaning overbed table and bedside stand, straightening room, and other general care as necessary throughout the shift. Provides for patient privacy, at all times; closes room door and cubicle curtains for all procedures.
3. Prepares patient for meals, and assist with meals or feed patients. Distributes drinking water, ice, and other nourishments to patients as ordered.
4. Collects and transports specimens as ordered or requested.
5. Reports any changes observed in condition or behavior of patients in a timely manner.
6. Responds promptly to patient needs and call lights (whether that of assigned patient or not), and checks on patients regularly between tasks.

Essential Responsibilities:
1. In collaboration with a preceptor physician, manages acute and chronic care of patients presenting for treatment.
2. Performs focused and complete physicals as health needs and patient/employer request indicate.
3. Directs patient care by performing a patient assessment, review of systems and physical examination. Utilizes the data obtained to develop a plan of care to include patient and family education, proper referrals, discharge planning and evaluating the effectiveness of care. Essential Responsibilities:
1. Effectively manages the care of assigned patients using knowledge, skills, judgment and decision making skills for the specific area. Effectively carries out charge nurse role when assigned.
2. Delivers patient care utilizing guidelines of care and appropriate resources, including personnel, services, supplies and equipment.
3. Reviews, evaluates and takes appropriate action regarding results of diagnostic tests.
4. Administers medications according to SGHS policy.
5. Performs and documents a nursing assessment to identify and prioritize physical, psychosocial and cultural needs and develops a plan of care.
6. Evaluates and reassesses nursing interventions based on interdisciplinary plan of care and makes revisions as appropriate.
7. Develops and implements an education plan in collaboration with patient and family. Documentation meets compliance with regulatory standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education Graduate of a Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor Degree Nursing Program

Responsible for providing direct care to all patients as a registered radiologic technologist. Responsible for the imaging procedure and safety of each patient assigned. Is responsible for and properly trained in the care and procedures of neonates, infants, children, adolescents, young adults and geriatric patients. Responsible for communicating with the public, medical staff, and interdepartmental personnel regarding customer needs. Essential Responsibilities:
1. Continually strives to make the best use of time during assigned shift through careful coordination of daily tasks.
2. Remains abreast of new procedures, equipment and methods along with participation in their evaluation and application.
3. Performs procedure per established protocols and procedures. Consults with Radiologists for any clinical deviations concerning patient care/exam protocol needs.
4. Assesses patient prior to exams requiring the administration of contrast media and records all pertinent information to include, but not limited to, medical history, vital signs and contraindications.
5. Obtains all necessary signatures or direct physician authorizations on the informed consent documents for all examinations utilizing the administration of contrast media.
6. Coordinates transportation of the patient from the nursing floor to the department and ensures the availability of applicable support personnel (nursing, respiratory, anesthesiology, physician) in order to expedite the procedure.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education High School graduate or equivalent. Graduate of ARRT approved Radiology Program.
Experience 3 years experience as an RT preferred.
Licensure ARRT(R)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Imaging skills as defined by their modality and annual clinical based competency assessment. Must be able to read, write and follow oral and written instructions. 3. Maintains the medical record system to include preparation of copies for legal and other purposes.
4. Post payments made by patients at time of service and by mail. Provides patients with receipt or superbill at time of discharge
5. Completes end of day procedures including the daily close, balancing of cash drawer to petty cash and receipts and balancing of daily charges to superbills.
6. Utilizes current software or hardcopy to check medical necessity as required.
7. Accurately tallies patient charges at time of discharge and prepares superbill.
